This page describes in detail all rules for opening an account at rbajee, placing bets, playing casino games, making payments, claiming bonuses, and using the site. Please read everything before using the service.
1 General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the rbajee platform and all related services. By creating an account on rbajee, using the site, or accessing any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the organisation that operates rbajee. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.

2 Account Registration and Management
A personal account is required to use all services on rbajee. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to hold more than one account, all such accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification
rbajee may request documents to verify your identity at any time. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. If the required information is not provided within the given timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.
3 Age and Eligibility Requirements
All services on rbajee are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Anyone under the age of 21 may not create an account or use any service.
By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. If it is later found that an account holder had not reached the required age, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions made through that account will be considered void.
3.1 Geographic Restrictions
Access to rbajee's services may be restricted from certain regions or countries. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws in their area. If you have any questions about this, seek legal advice before using the service.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Transactions on rbajee are made through the mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).
4.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may be longer if identity verification has not been completed or if unusual activity is suspected.
4.3 Transaction Terms
Information provided at the time of deposit or withdrawal must be accurate. rbajee will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation caused by incorrect information. The account details and payment information of the applicant must match for each withdrawal.
5 Bonus and Promotion Rules
rbajee offers a welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. Please read the conditions below carefully before claiming any bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus can be withdrawn after completing a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and to withdraw you must complete ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus may be claimed once only
- The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be converted to cash
- Some bonuses may have a validity period
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be earned through gameplay
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
rbajee's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level. Higher levels are reached through regular gameplay.
Cashback example: a Gold level member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive a cashback of up to 0.6%, which equals ৳120.
6 Betting Rules
rbajee offers betting on various sports including cricket and football, as well as casino games. Each section may have its own specific rules.
6.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error occurs. In the case of any technical error, rbajee reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
6.2 Odds and Results
Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. The decision of rbajee's management is final in determining the outcome of any event.
6.3 In-Play Betting
During live events, in-play betting may be subject to minor discrepancies due to network delays. In such situations, rbajee reserves the right to void the bet.
7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these prohibitions may result in the account being closed and all funds being forfeited:
- Money laundering or transferring funds through illegal means
- Strategic betting with the intent to exploit the bonus system
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using another person's account or betting through a third party
- Automated betting using software or bots
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform
- Harassing or defrauding other users
8 Account Suspension and Closure
rbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. This may generally occur for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these Terms
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
- Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
- A legal order or instruction from authorities
In the case of permanent closure, valid funds (excluding bonuses) may be returned, though this right may not apply in cases of rule violation.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may also request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact us via live chat or email. Please complete all pending withdrawal requests before closing your account.
9 Limitation of Liability
The rbajee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. rbajee will not be directly liable for any disruption to gameplay caused by loss of internet connection, server errors, or any other technical issue.
rbajee does not provide compensation for financial losses incurred through betting or casino games. Users must bet at their own discretion and at their own risk.
